luv2tallyho > Harley started out behind Lindsay where the blanket is. The guys dug her out, leg by leg and she pulled herself aprox. 10-12 ft. to where the tractor pushed down the bank of the creek bed to put solid dirt in front of her. She was finally pulled up and out onto the "ramp" that they made. She was stuck for about 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. Some of the pictures look like she's just laying down, trust me, she wasn't. She was chest deep in mud. Once she made it to solid ground...she just hopped right up and walked right out! The vet (in shorts and ball cap) gave her some fluids and she went home for a hot bath and some bute. She will be back to work in a few days. No injuries to report!!! Our hound Sonny, stayed w/ Dominique the entire time.
